The Mentor Cup Application Form
All 2021 participants of the Mentor Cup will receive a 1-year membership to the Golf Trail 2022 Membership Card!! Additionally, winners of the event will have the opportunity to participate in the 2022 Liberty Mutual Invitational at Streamsong.
Applications for The Mentor Cup are accepted for amateur golfers only, preferably with a USGA Handicap but The Mentor Cup committee has the ability to assign a handicap to the player if he/she does not have one.
Amateurs of all handicaps are eligible to compete in The Mentor Cup. Play will be scheduled around 8:00am double tee times at your assigned course.
